I do agree with you that exercise can help us forget. But I think we also need to get our bodies and our brains out of this time loop. If you don’t get your brain out of the loop, you can’t exercise. So we need some exercise. Because to exercise we need some cardio. And cardio is the same type of exercise that our brains are doing every day of our lives. It’s the same way it is for our bodies.
