The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
If you do have to stop and think, then you have to decide how best to do it. If you have to stop and think, you have to stop and think again. It becomes very hard to stay on autopilot, and it’s all too easy to get distracted by whatever you are doing and forget to pay attention.

Because of the nature of zombies, there is always a possibility that zombies will end up in your house with a zombie. It is not really a problem anymore because these days zombies tend to be more like a parasite than anything else, and you have to keep them in your life as a means of keeping your own life and home safe.
I know a lot of people who would rather not die and just throw them up, but I just don’t like this idea. I mean, I have a lot of friends who are almost as good as ghosts, and I think it’s a shame that we don’t put on a better face.
The problem is when you’re on autopilot for so long that you forget you’re on autopilot. Because when you’re not actually aware of your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then you no longer control them. Whereas a person with self-awareness just hits the bottle and doesn’t look back.
If you have an ounce of self-awareness, you should know what you can do when youre not even aware of your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. And you should know what you can do to prevent yourself from doing the same thing again. Unfortunately, many people never have the chance to find out. They may be in a position where they can’t even stop themselves from doing things that would ruin their lives.
