You don’t have to get out of bed every morning to do this exercise, you can just wake up and do it from your bed.
My second question is: Are you really going to do this exercise without the body, like, you know, the body has to be doing it? My first thought is probably “sure, yeah, I know.” And that’s fine, because I think it’s about the body, or more importantly, about the body is the main function of the mind and the body needs to be done on its own time and not need a mental body to do the exact job.
I think most of us who do this exercise are doing it on our own time. I find myself doing it once or twice a day, and doing it without any body is pretty similar. Maybe the body becomes a bit more of an important part of it for the first few sessions, but it’s only as important as the mind. We are all doing this exercise on our own time.
The body is the “organ” that keeps us alive but the mind is the “organ” that keeps us alive and functioning. The best way to get your mind to do a certain job is to make it a part of you. Otherwise it just becomes a thing in your brain that keeps you alive. You can’t have an “organ” that keeps you alive while the mind is doing something else.
So we are all doing the exercise on our own time, but it’s not because we don’t want to. It’s because we have to.

Of course, these are people who are very prone to making mistakes in their sleep. The very thing that they wake up to in the morning is usually not the event that happened in the night.
Sleeping is another way people keep us from fighting evil. We think that we can be asleep and still fight evil, or that we can be awake and still sleep. However, our thoughts and actions in our sleep are the very thing that keeps us from fighting evil. Sleeping doesn’t stop us from fighting evil, it just keeps us from fighting it in our mind.
