This is the ezra food I’ve been meaning to try out over the past two months. It’s a spicy version of the classic ezra that’s been around for a long time. The dish comes with roasted and fried chicken, garlic, and onions. It’s great for a lunchtime meal.

The key to successfully making an ezra is the potato starch. I didn’t do a great job with this one. I think it is a little too sweet and sour. I think I messed up with the potato starch and also used too much salt to make it salty. I think it would have been better without the potato starch.
